Two years ago the Winchester Historical Society, the Public LIbrary,Historical Commission and Town Clerk formed the Collaborative for Documenting Winchesters History to preserve dicuments, photographs and artifacts. The collection has been partially cataloged. This project would add visual images to the database. The grant would assist in the purchase and implementation of the Multi-Media/Imaging software package for Past Perfect, the database software used for the archive.
