Winchester's Third annual Porchfest will take place Saturday, June 10, 2023. Everyone is eligible to participate, if you get your registration in by the May 20, 2023, deadline. Porchfest needs performers, hosts, and volunteers!
Porchfest is a one day, volunteer-driven, free community event that provides gives individuals and groups an opportunity to share their music and performance art. Performances that can be shared through Porchfest include Music of any kind, Poetry, Dance, Storytelling, and more.
Performances take place on Winchester porches, driveways, parking lots, lawns, and other spots that are freely accessible to audiences and allow the performers enough space and the ability to be properly seen and heard. Performers can be all ages and from anywhere, though preference is given to Winchester residents.
The Porchfest organization matches locations with performers; Hosts and performers can be placed together upon request. For more information, see www.porchfest.win.
Porchfest is organized and run by local volunteers and is funded in part by a grant from the Winchester Cultural Council.
